PURPOSES OF PROCESSING USERS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION

MyHomeHubbard collects and stores only the personal information that is necessary for the provision of the Services, interaction with the Operator on other matters not related to the use of the Services, or fulfillment of agreements and contracts with the User.

Processing of personal information is carried out no longer than required for the purposes of processing, except for cases when the legislation or the User’s agreement with MyHomeHubbard provides for the processing of personal information for a certain period of time.

USE OF SERVICES BY CHILDREN

MyHomeHubbard does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If a User is a parent or guardian and is aware that their child has provided MyHomeHubbard with Personal Information, the User should contact MyHomeHubbard and inform them of this fact. If MyHomeHubbard becomes aware that it has collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without confirming parental consent, MyHomeHubbard will take steps to remove that information from the Services.

MyHomeHubbard may make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.

The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment of its posting on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
